Understand the Courses dashboard
The Courses dashboard is the default welcome page for every course creator: a 30-day snapshot of how your courses are performing, with no setup required. It replaces the legacy course view and refreshes its data every six hours. Open it from Portal and Groups > Courses > Dashboard, where it opens by default.
Open the dashboard
The dashboard is enabled automatically for every account that uses Courses, so there is nothing to configure. Your existing course data appears the next time you open Courses.
Go to Portal and Groups > Courses.
Click Dashboard. It opens by default for course creators.
To create a course that will appear here, see Build a course.
Top and least performing courses
Two cards highlight which courses are engaging learners best and which need the most attention.
Top Performing Course: the course with the highest engagement in the past 30 days.
Least Performing Course: the course with the lowest engagement or completion rate.
Completion Rate: the percentage of enrolled learners who completed the course.
Enrollments: the total number of learners who enrolled. See Grant course access with workflows to automate enrollment.
Click a course name to open its Course Details Page for deeper engagement, content, and completion analysis.
Revenue generated
This section summarizes total earnings from your courses in the last 30 days.
Revenue Generated ($): total amount earned in the last 30 days.
vs Last Month: percentage change compared to the previous month.
Total Checkouts: number of completed purchases.
Upsell Conversions: number of successful upsells made through course offers.
Click Go to Revenue for detailed revenue analytics, transaction breakdowns, and learner purchase history.
Average order value
The AOV card shows how much revenue you earn on average per learner.
AOV per User: total revenue divided by total learners.
Highest Order Value: the largest single transaction recorded in the past 30 days.
vs Last Month: percentage change compared to the previous period.
Course progress funnel
The funnel tracks how learners move through a course, from signup to completion.
Signed Up: learners who registered for your courses.
Started: learners who began engaging with lessons or modules.
Completed: learners who finished the course.
The Cumulative % on the right shows the proportion of learners who progressed to each stage. Click Go to Funnel for detailed course progress analytics, learner-level data, and export reports.

Revenue cards populate only after at least one paid checkout is processed.

Metric tiles are fixed for now.
Dashboard queries run server-side and don't count toward your API allotments.
The dashboard is fully responsive on tablets and phones.
For bulk course management, such as publish or unpublish and price edits, use Kollab Studio.
Use the top and least performing course cards to decide where to invest optimization effort, review revenue and AOV trends monthly to measure pricing or promotional changes, and check the funnel often to catch where learners drop off.
