Voice notes in Community posts and comments

Community members can now record a voice note or upload an audio file directly in a post or comment, and both play inline in the feed. Recording happens inline in the composer with Record, Pause, Resume, and Cancel controls, and multiple audio files can be attached to one post. Playback offers 1x, 1.5x, and 2x speeds and autoplays to the next track. The feature is available on web, with mobile app support coming soon.
