Up to 10 Google tracking IDs per site and more reliable tracking
Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and other Google tracking tools now load more efficiently on your website, and you can connect up to 10 Google tracking IDs or properties per site. Both improvements are available to all customers.
More tracking options per site. Connect up to 10 Google tracking IDs or properties to each site, so you can meet different analytics and marketing requirements without juggling separate setups.
More reliable tracking with the Google tag. The updated Google tag (GTag) integration now passes on-page events, such as click-to-call actions and form submissions, to Google Tag Manager, so you can use site activity in your tracking and reporting.
Google Tag Gateway. Google tags are gradually being routed through your site instead of relying solely on third-party requests. This improves tracking reliability and captures more complete data. Full availability is expected by the end of the year.
Google tools in the Optimization Center. All Google Tools options from the site editor are now also available in your site dashboard under the Optimization Center tab, giving you one place to handle site optimizations.
If you currently install Google Tag Manager or Google Analytics by adding code to the header or body-end HTML, switch to the native integration instead. For steps, see Connect Google Analytics to your website. It is verified with Google and applies best practices on your behalf, while code embeds are harder to update and may need changes down the line.
