New custom field types and controls

Custom fields now include new field types and configuration options: URL fields with domain controls, flexible date and time fields, users fields, images and icons for radio button and checkbox options, and rich text fields.

• URL fields capture website links, profile URLs, resource links, and other web addresses in a structured format. Control which URLs can be entered by allowing all domains, allowing only specific domains, or blocking specific domains.

• Date and time fields can be configured as date & time, date-only, or time-only. You can also restrict selectable dates to future dates only, past dates only, or a specific date range.

• Users fields let you select one or multiple users on a record. Users assigned through the field receive follower-level access, so the relevant team members stay connected to the record.

• Radio button options can include images or icons alongside individual options, making choices easier to distinguish at a glance.

• Checkbox options can include an image alongside each choice.

• Rich text fields support formatting such as bold, italics, headings, and lists, so longer notes stay organized and easy to read.
