Granular gift card permissions

You can now control exactly which team members can view, send, edit, and deactivate gift cards, with eight separate permissions under Settings > My Staff > Roles & Permissions > Gift Cards. The full gift card code is protected separately, and admins keep full access by default. See Set gift card permissions for staff.
