Issue badges and trigger workflows from badge issuance

Badges can now be issued automatically and used to trigger follow-up work through Workflows. Two new capabilities are available: the Issue Badge action issues a selected badge when the workflow's conditions are met, and the Badge Issued trigger starts a workflow after a badge is issued.

After a badge is issued, the triggered workflow can send a message or email, update a contact, or start another automation. Add Issue Badge to a workflow and choose a badge template from the required Templates dropdown; the selected template is sent as an email, and some custom values may go blank, so recheck the template before sending. Publish the workflow for it to run.
