Internal Comment action in workflows

Workflows can now post internal comments to conversations automatically. The new Internal Comment action adds a team-only note to the conversation history when a workflow runs, so you can share context, follow-up instructions, and next steps without sending anything to the member.

You can @mention team members directly in the comment to notify them. For example, when a high-priority lead enters a workflow, the action can add an internal comment that mentions the assigned team member with the next steps. See Add internal comments to conversations with a workflow for full steps.
