Embedded placement is now available for every supported Chat Widget type. Previously the Sticky / Embedded option was limited to Live Chat and Voice AI; now All-In-One Chat, SMS/Email Chat, Live Chat, Facebook Chat, Instagram Chat, WhatsApp Chat, and Voice AI widgets can all render inline inside your page content.
In the Chat Widget builder (Sites > Chat Widget), select any supported widget type, then choose Sticky or Embedded in the widget placement settings. Embedded widgets open automatically and stay continuously visible; they cannot be minimized, show no floating chat bubble and no initial prompt popup, and hide floating-only settings and controls.
